Family dynamics can be deeply impacted by addiction, infidelity, and trauma, adjustment to life transitions (Cognitive decline or acquired impairments) often creating cycles of distress, conflict, and emotional disconnection. My approach to family therapy focuses on helping adult family members navigate these challenges by addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to dysfunction.
Family therapy is an opportunity to break unhealthy patterns, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience. Through a combination of psychoeducation, skill-building, and guided discussions, I help families move toward healthier interactions and deeper understanding.
